Kansas City streetcar photos as the new downtown public transit line undergoes testing in April 2016 just prior to the general public opening in May. This particular set was taken along the rail line at 3rd & Delaware as the track rounds the corner on the line’s southbound route from the River Market area to the downtown loop via Main Street.
