One Light Tower construction is underway at 13th & Walnut, downtown Kansas City. This is the first new-built residential high rise in Kansas City since the 1970s, and the first phase of planned residential tower construction in the downtown KC’s Power and Light District. I stop by every once in awhile for progress photos.
