Photography of new residential construction in downtown Kansas City along Baltimore Ave. near 14th. These new apartments are part of the renovation of the old Power and Light high rise tower into residential units. To help offset the extensive cost of converting the old structure, these new residences are being built to also draw in additional renters. Businesses involved in this large project include NorthPoint Development, Neighbors Construction, and Hagan Electric.
