My old stomping grounds sit just a few blocks away. The triangular land parcel here is almost totally unused as an open space due to the arterial-style streets surrounding all sides. It makes a decent spot to let one’s dog relieve itself – or also to practice flying a drone in a city. Those are about the only things this parcel can be used for presently – so, bring on the development.
