Chicago: Vista Tower Construction Part 2 – view of the new-build high-rise from the north side of the Chicago River. The structure is expected to top out in 2019, becoming Chicago’s third tallest building. Dalian Wanda Group of China holds a significant equity stake in the development (assuming they don’t sell before completion).
