Archive Pull: Mayor James and Police Mounted Patrol – Nine years ago I was out one night and nabbed a few pics of then-mayor of Kansas City (MO) addressing some media sources about unsupervised youth at the Plaza on weekends. In the middle of it all, I could see Mayor James and one of the KCPD horses exchanging a glance and a mutual sentiment of “I feel your pain, and you have my sympathy.”

Given the state of affairs in 2020, I have to imagine Mayor Lucas would also now relate with the pains of city administration.
