Waddell & Reed Downtown KC – Taken while working on the nearby Loews property, The construction of a new downtown KC office high-rise for Waddell & Reed began just before they sold themselves to a high bidder. At least they knew the writing was on the wall amid the fin-tech revolution, but nevertheless took the municipal tax breaks that the Idiots From Missouri and the Idiots From Kansas were duking it all out over. We truly are a nation of ignorant short-sighted fools. ENJOY the office space, someone, I hope it can fetch a high occupancy rate while it’s still considered CLASS A!
