Power & Light Building – Renovation by NorthPoint Development Underway – Renovation of the old art deco Kansas City skyscraper, The Power and Light Building – is underway by NorthPoint Development. The property is being converted into residential apartment units by NorthPoint, in partnership with Neighbors Construction Company and NSPJ Architects.

The spire at the top is currently scaffolded and has been recently re-lit after sitting dormant for several years, and it appears that window replacements are underway at the moment.
