Chicago Essex On The Park Construction Pt 1 – pardon the boat watchtower. From the eastern-most tip of Navy Pier, I trained my long lens back toward the shore, including the Chicago Hilton and a glimpse of the Essex On The Park construction project; February 2018. This was taken from the same spot as Vista Tower Pt 1 and Chicago’s North Loop View at Dusk.
